Just Taco’s – Ko Olina, Hawaii

Carnitas were really good.  They were crispy and well seasoned, but also melted my mouth after the first bite.  Margaritas were good and they have a TON of tequila.  I prefer Don Julio instead of Patron.  Supposedly, Patron can’t make enough for demand and therefore do not let the agave age enough.  I am not sure if this is true, but it is what some of my friends say.
